How not are you to be called Spam
You are a B2B Marketer and your job description involves sending these many mails to these many clients and getting this amount of conversion rate. However, things might not go all well. You did what your JD suggested but you are showing poor results or you are not able to convert leads into buyers. Worse, people have branded or tagged you as spam.
Such a taboo as it is in today’s world to be called spam. Remember that people call you spam for so and so reason calling you as an interruption marketer and if you know how to make a customer read your mail, you are off your worries on ‘Spammarketing’ and convert your chances and increases your conversion ratio.
Classify your customers
Your customers are of different needs. They need different things and not all of them need the same or not all of them are willing to learn some more additional information from you which is not relevant to them. So, classify your customers according to their needs and then try spamming them with your mails. This time you are most probably not considered spam. This requires some manual effort but that pays off a great deal on your conversion.
Send lesser mails
Send lesser mails per day as more of mails per day may be called spam, disturbance or interruption. It is the overloading of your emails into the customers’ inbox and constantly seeking his attention that makes him call you spam but with automations these above two problems are not met and are difficult to control.
Irrelevant content
Probably due to automation systems that send mails to any user, what happens is that the content turns irrelevant and not of any use to the customer. This is one of the major problems where a customer can delete a mail as soon as he reads probably the first or second line or even on reading the subject of the mail.
Anonymity
Barring the automation systems that send mails to those who sign up, marketers, at times, plonk mails on those who have not signed up as well. Here, they must understand the needs of the customers before sending mails. What is the use of sending mails to a person who is not interested or not connected with our services? It reduces your conversion rate than anything else. Be a legitimate business than being an anonymous email sender.
Effective Lead Generation
One thing that leads to success in email marketing is effective lead generation of the pertinent target who are sure to turn customers in one day or the other!
